Where did the summer go? In the blink of an eye, summer vacation has ended and the grandchildren are back in school! This year, four year old Tommy begins his school adventure in the Pre-K 4 at St. Mary’s Bryantown, joining his sister Ellie, kindergarten, and cousin Michael, third grade. Ariana is in fourth grade at Piney Branch school and Cami is in first grade at Hayfield school.
Nora is going into fourth grade and her sister Hannah will be in second grade at the Barnesville School.
The first day of school for Michael, Ellie, Tommy, Ari and Cami was very exciting! They met their classmates and new teachers were assigned seating and had some fun on the playground. Nora and Hannah will begin their new school year after Labor Day. They just returned from their vacation out West where they visited Yellowstone National Park. Michael, Ellie and Tommy vacationed in Ocean City, MD with their parents and Uncle Mike.
Wishing all my grandchildren a very happy and successful school year, knowing that they are all well equipped and ready to learn new and exciting things this year.
